To celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival we held a ZongZi making party (followed by eating!). ZongZi is the traditional food for this festival and is made of rice with a filling such as dates or meat, wrapped in bamboo leaves and cooked. Yummy! Before we eat, we have a small thank you gift for a volunteer Hannah, adopted from China as an infant, who raised over $1000 towards surgery costs. Thank you Hannah!
