Chinese New Year, or 'Spring Festival' as it is also called, is a big deal here at New Day. Not too long after the Christmas decorations come down, the gorgeous red lanterns and pictures go up! The preschool students make their own paper lanterns, and even the babies get to 'help' hang the decorations.
