Though spooks and bubbling cauldrons stayed far from our hallowed halls, we did have a few pirates and some fairy princesses and pixies dancing around. Though our children get chances to dress-up in costumes quite frequently, we thought a fall festival would be the perfect time for such a treat. And, to top the day off, we carved a pumpkin, too!
