We bundled the children up to go to the Lantern Festival celebration. It was being held just around the corner from the foster home! The energy in the air was tangible as we explored the fan dances, scarf dances and even a few dragon dances! The children loved the whole thing and some of them couldn't even keep still listening to the catchy music.
