Victoria turned 6 years old on April 15. She's been waiting a very long time for her adoptive family to come, and we felt like she needed an extra-special birthday celebration. So, she went to one of our staff member's houses to bake a cake, make cookies, and prepare for a party for some of her friends from the foster home. Everyone came with a birthday present for the birthday girl, and Victoria got to enjoy her special day -- complete with gifts from her adoptive parents and little party favors to pass out to her friends!
