Our most recent field trip was to the Planetarium in Beijing. As always, the kids were pretty excited to ride on a big bus, and they are so patient through the Beijing traffic! The field trip was kindly sponsored by the Shangrila Hotel and a number of their staff came along to enjoy the experience and help out with the kids. It was too dark in the actual planetarium theatre to get any pictures once the show started, but the kids were amazed by the stars and planets. What better way to end the trip than with lunch at...MacDonalds!
