We had two reasons to throw a party. Firstly, we wanted to thank Kimberly-Clark for their many years of donations. Secondly, June 1 is Children's Day here in China. So, in celebration of a generous company and our amazing children, we had a lot of fun in the backyard. We began with some speeches, and a performance of songs by the children. Then we brought in the special visitor - a pony from the farm where some of the older children have been going to ride. The kids had so much fun taking rides around the backyard. To finish, a picnic - complete with ice-cream!
