The children in foster families come to the Foster Home only for preschool, therapy and monthly check-ups. Some of the kids only fall into one of those categories, so it's always a delightful shock when we see them arrive to get checked. Suddenly we find that they can walk, speak, and pigtails have sprouted out of their heads! This month was no different.
