* "Caregivers & Local Staff" include wages and insurance (as required by local law) for our Chinese staff. All Western staff are volunteers and receive no compensation for their labor of love.
* "Baby Supplies" expense is low because many of these items (diapers, milk powder, lotions, etc) are received by donation.
* "Fees and Bank Charges" are primarily the processing fees we are charged for donations received by credit card and through 3rd party processors such as Network For Good and Paypal
