Brian Samuels
New Day North Project Coordinator

Brian and Wendy Samuels first traveled to China in 2002 to adopt their daughter Elisabeth from the Hunan Province, and returned to China in 2004 to adopt their daughter Naomi from the Guangdong Province. Their love for the people of China and their heart for helping orphans continued to grow and led them to visit New Day Foster Home in 2007 to explore serving there. These experiences also gave their older three children – Hannah, Jeremy, and Ben – a chance to develop a heart for orphans as well. In October of 2009, Brian and Wendy moved to China with their five children to join the work at New Day where Brian is helping to coordinate our short-term volunteers and interns. They are excited and blessed by the privilege of being part of bringing hope to the fatherless.
