Joshua is a lovely boy who loves to smile even though he was born with a cleft palate. He has undergone two corrective surgeries and will need an additional surgical procedure to reconstruct his gums. Additionally, the two frontal lobes of Joshua's brain are undersized. However, he amazes us with all of the accomplishments that he continues to make. Joshua is a very content and happy child.
