Shua Li Rose was born on October 26, 2013. At about 6 months of age, she was abandoned and received into the care of the local government orphanage. She was born with Down syndrome and a heart defect. She is reserved, but is very interested in people and prefers people to toys. She has a very sweet smile. She enjoys playing with mirrors and balls. We are excited to see how she grows and blossoms in this environment of love. We hope that she will someday have a forever family of her own.
