Tristan was born on August 30, 2014 and abandoned on September 15, 2014. He was diagnosed with heart disease, a hernia, an orthopedic issue and malnutrition. He had heart surgery before coming to New Day Foster Home on October 15, 2015, weighing only 5kg. He is a happy little boy who knows his caregivers. He has started talking already and his first words were 'mama, mama'. He crawls well and can stand with support.
