Philip
Birthdate: December 18, 2012
Philip was born December 18, 2012 and abandoned soon after, a tiny premature baby. He spent the first few months of his life with another organization where he grew much stronger and gained weight, and returned back into his orphanage's care in June of 2013. Philip is a happy little boy who loves to play with toys, get tickled and learn new things. Philip is a very lovable boy and everyone who meets him falls in love with his big eyes and inviting expression. We know that Philip will respond well to love and good care and we look forward to watching him grow big and strong and soon know the love and permanency of a forever family.
