Paul was born December 16, 2002. When he was one and a half years old he was found abandoned by the police and taken to the orphanage. When we saw him at the orphanage we were drawn to this sad little boy who has a very serious heart condition and wanted to help change his life. A Cardiac Contrast Ultrasound will be done to determine if this surgery can be done in China. This inquisitive little boy who is very weak and unable to walk reaches out to everyone he sees with open arms.
