Birthday: May 31, 2017
Noelle was born with GI issue and abandoned soon after birth. Her condition was beyond the capabilities of the local hospital, so the orphanage called New Day to ask for help. After a long drive that night, Noelle arrived at the best children’s hospital in our region and soon afterwards received a successful surgery. This little girl has long black hair, lovely round face. We look forward to watching her heal, grow strong and someday know the love of family.
