On March 13, 2013, Noelle was found at a pavilion by the roadside. She was found in a box along with some cash and milk powder. Noelle was sent to the orphanage and soon the doctor found out that she had severe congenital heart disease. Because of the heart disease, Noelle is physically under developed. She is a very pretty and happy little baby that loves to smile and talk! Noelle arrived at New Day Foster home on October 14, 2013. We know there are good things in store for this little sweetheart.
