Birthdate: 11 February, 2015
Matthew was born on 11 February, 2015 with limb deformities. Three days later he was abandoned and was taken to the local orphanage when the police could not find his parents. Matthew arrived at New Day Foster Home on 21 August, 2015. He has big, beautiful eyes, and can focus on things and follow objects. He is such a happy child and his laughter is infectious. He sleeps and eats well.
