Little Lucas was born on April 22, 2006. Three months later he was found abandoned at the gate of a local church and taken by the police to the local orphanage on July 22, 2006. Lucas is an adorable little boy who loves to eat, smile and interact with others. He has been diagnosed with Tetrology of Fallot and we are happy that we have this opportunity to give him a chance at life.
