Luan was born on April 19, 2017 with heart disease. 3 months later he was found in a residential area. When his parents could not be found he was taken to the local orphanage. Luan is a handsome little boy who observes the world around him. He follows people and objects with his eyes. Luan will babble back to you when you talk to him. He has a sweet smile. Luan arrived at New Day Foster Home on September 14, 2017. We look forward to seeing Luan grow and blossom.
