Birthdate: June 15, 2011
Declan was born June 15, 2011 with a urology defect. Three days later, the police received a call that a child had been abandoned. Declan' parents were searched for but could not be found and he was taken to the local orphanage. Declan is a handsome little boy who loves to play and eat. He's a strong boy with a beautiful smile. Declan arrived at New Day Foster Home September 18, 2012 and we look forward to watching him transform as he learns just how special he is.
