Julia Grace was born August 12, 2012 with an ENT defect. She was abandoned at the local hospital when she was just two days old and when her parents could not be found, she was taken to the local orphanage. Julia Grace is a very pretty and bright little girl. She is alert and her eyes follow people and objects. Julia likes to smile and interact with others and she eats well. Julia Grace's Chinese name means, "Beautiful Start." Our hope for her is that her arrival at New Day Foster Home will be the start of a beautiful and hopeful life.
