Josias was born on July 31, 2017 with heart disease. He was found the same day and taken to the local orphanage when the police could not locate his parents. Josias is a handsome little guy with big, observant eyes. He eats and sleeps well. Josias arrived at New Day Foster Home on August 14, 2017.
