Cooper was born on May 30, 2009 and found at the front gate of the local orphanage on June 30, 2009. When he arrived at the orphanage he weighed only 2.5kg (5.5lb) and his skin was tinted yellow. Cooper has ENT issues. He is a capable little boy who can walk and has a good appetite. Cooper has a bright future ahead of him. We are excited to watch this handsome little boy grow and thrive.
