Joe was born February 9, 2015. He was abandoned a few days later and was taken to the local orphanage. He was born with and ENT defect and a urological issue. Joe arrived at New Day South on September 31st, 2016. He is a curious boy who enjoys exploring the world around him. Joe is very sweet and is already winning the hearts of all those he interacts with.
