Isabella was born with a neural defect and abandoned at the gate of the local orphanage with a simple note from her birth family. When the orphanage saw her condition worsening, they contacted New Day for help. Isabella had surgery soon after arriving at the foster home and has recovered well. This pretty little girl enjoys watching all of the activities in the playroom and listening to music.
