Elliot was born on January 28,2014. He was abandoned at the baby hatch of the local orphanage on April 15,2014, with a note saying that he was three month old and that his family was unable to provide treatment for his heart disease. He arrived at New Day on the November 15, 2014. He is alert and loves to interact with others. He is learning to stand and take steps. His cute face and adorable personality is already winning many hearts here.
