Cong Tian was born on April 13, 2012. He was abandoned by his birth parents and brought to the local orphanage Aprril 21. Cong Tian was born premature and his weight was very low when he arrived at the orphanage, but he is doing much better now. Cong Tian has grown and developed well, he can locate sounds, go from sitting to crawling and knows which toys he prefers playing with. Cong Tian is also beginning to make sounds and we hope that he will be talking soon.
