Guy was abandoned on the night of June 27, 2015, and was sent to the local orphanage. In the morning the staff noticed that he vomited after eating, had abdominal distension and other GI issues. They knew that he needed medical intervention as soon as possible. The orphanage contacted us right away, and he was hospitalized after they sent him to us. His weight was only 2.1 kg, making the surgery high risk but he did need to have his first surgery on June 29, 2015. He still needs to stay in the ICU for a while but we know he will be better soon!
