Esther was born on September 1, 2014 and abandoned 11 days later at the local orphanage. She was born with a GI defect. Her orphanage heard that New Day has been able to help other children born with the same condition so they called us and asked us to save her life. Esther arrived at New Day Foster Home on September 27, 2014. She is a sweet little girl who smiles beautifully when you interact with her. Her eyes follow her caregiver or objects, and she even tries to make sounds like 'bababa'. The whites of her eyes have become yellow due to her condition, and we hope to get treatment for her as soon as possible.
