Elliot was born February 13, 2015 and abandoned in the street one week later. When the police could not locate his parents they took him to the local orphanage. He was diagnosed with heart disease and ENT defects. He is very cute and alert, and can drink well from a bottle. He cries loudly, can follow objects with his eyes, and looks around to locate where sounds are coming from.
