Debbie was born December 15, 2008 and was abandoned at the local hospital the same day. She was taken to the orphanage when her parents couldn't be found and when she was two years old the doctors diagnosed her with multiple brain calcifications. Debbie is a very sweet girl who is rather timid, and can say simple words and phrases. She can do many things by herself, such as changing clothes and feeding herself, and also knows how to identify many items such as fruits and vegetables. Debbie can walk up and down stairs by herself, but when walking her right foot is a little lame. Debbie is a beautiful little girl who just needs a family to call her their own.
