Birthday: September 6, 2013
Chad was born September 6, 2013. He was abandoned about six months later, and admitted into the local orphanage. Chad was born with a neurological defect and has already had one operation. Chad is a happy little boy who struggled a lot during his first year and is developmentally behind. However, he has a very friendly little personality and he often breaks into a smile when spoken to. Chad joined the New Day North family in January of 2014. We are eager to see what extra attention and help will do for this little guy.
