Julian was born on June 20, 2009. He was born with cleft lip and palate and abandoned at the gate of the local orphanage on July 27, 2009. When the orphanage staff couldn't find his parents, they admitted him into the orphanage. After Julian came to New Day, he was able to get the surgery he needed. He likes to be held and interact with others. His bright eyes seem to speak volumes! He likes to play with toys and eat snacks. He’s a cheerful boy with a huge smile. We're looking forward to watching Julian grow into a healthy and strong little boy.
