Hallie was born on the October 18, 2015 with a cardiothoracic malformation and heart disease. She was abandoned at a local riverside on October 22, 2015. Someone found her and reported it to the police. When her parents could not be found, she was taken to the local hospital for treatment and then taken to the orphanage. She arrived at New Day Foster Home on December 7, 2015. Hallie is a happy, alert little girl, who eats and sleeps well.
