Caleb was born on December 23, 2013 and was found the next day by the gate of the local orphanage. When his parents could not be found, he was brought into the orphanage. He was diagnosed as having an ENT defect and heart disease. He had already had his first ENT surgery before he came to us on October 26, 2014. Caleb loves to interact with people, and will try to get the attention of those around him until they hold him or play with him, but he is generally a quiet boy.
