Bella was born on April 14, 2004. Two months later, she was found abandoned at a public service building and taken to the nearby orphanage. At two years of age, she is a very intelligent, happy young lady. She loves laughing and interacting with the other children. She isn’t able to say many words yet, but with additional stimulation, we are confident that her speaking skills will rapidly improve. Bella is a cute young lady who is very easy to fall in love with.
