Adia
Birthdate: March 28, 2013
Adia was born March 28, 2013 and abandoned soon after. When her parents could not be found she was taken to the orphanage where she was diagnosed with very severe heart defects. Her orphanage asked us if we could help her and give her a chance, and she arrived at New Day Foster Home July 10, 2013. Knowing how serious her case was, we arranged for Adia to be taken straight to the hospital to see if surgery would even be possible. We anticipated her needing emergency surgery. When Adia arrived in Beijing the cardiologists did a full examination and found her heart disease to be much lighter than anticipated. She would not need surgery right away after all! Adia is a beautiful little girl who is quiet but loves to laugh. We look forward to watching the miracle of her life unfold. Read her amazing story.
