This past week has been a crazy one around New Day, as per usual, but on top of the normal weekly activities was added a farewell celebration for some of our close friends. The Samuels family, who has served here for nearly four years, packed up their things, hopped on a train, and made the journey north into Inner Mongolia just a few short days ago. On the eve of their departure we held a special BBQ, and we celebrated their wonderful family. There was food, fun, laughter, games and songs. What other way could you imagine sending off a family whose lives are defined by just those things? New Day misses them already, and it's only Monday!
