Adoption

What it is all about

It is our prayer that each of our children will have their very own forever family. So when a child leaves with their families it is a time of rejoicing around here. Join us in celebrating with Maddox, Noah, Ethan, Elijah, Nate, Sadie, Edward, Pearl and Madelyn!

NEW ARRIVALS

The journey begins

It's always a blessing when new children come in and begin their journey of hope. Judah, Natalie (just had cardiac surgery yesterday), Ava, Esther, Lulu, Evelyn and Caleb have begun this journey and we are excited to watch the transformation that love will bring to them.

SURGERY

Life changing

It has been a busy couple of months with twelve children having surgery. A number of them were quite serious, so serious that the doctors were concerned if they would make it or not....but we are happy to say they all made it and are recovering well. Thank you to everyone who was a part of making it possible for these children to have the life saving surgery they needed.

LONG WAIT

Dream finally fulfilled

We have one little girl who has been with us for 5.5 years. She saw many of her friends adopted and every day would ask when she was going to have a family. We are happy to say that her dream was finally fulfilled and she now has her own family. The day she leaves to join them will be another big day to celebrate. Sing, dance and cry tears of joy with Hannah (Lucy) as she has her dream fulfilled.

TRAINING

Another dream coming true

For awhile we have had the dream of providing training to government orphanages. The last six months this has been coming true. We have been able to train four orphanages in various topics from basic infant care to physical therapy. The first step is they come to our Beijing facility so they can have a vision of what can be accomplished. Later we visit them at their facility and do some follow-up training. We are excited about the possibilities of life change this will provide to more children.

SAD TIMES

In memory

In the midst of the joy and celebrating there are also difficult times. The last couple of months we had three children, because of medical complications, go to meet their Heavenly Father. We are thankful for the time we had with them but are struggling to accept they are gone. Please join us in remembering them- Matthew, Albert and Reese. All three fought so hard and we will miss them but in their memory will continue to fight to save the lives of other children.
