Spring has arrived and we are seeing new life everywhere; not only in the weather but also in the exciting things that are happening at New Day.
New Arrivals
Since our last newsletter we have had eight new children arrive. Meet Daniel (heart surgery), Coralie (spina bifida), Lucy (hydrocephalus), Rosie (hydrocephalus), Kevin (heart surgery), Maria (heart surgery), Chandler (heart surgery) and Elizabeth (heart surgery). Elizabeth is eight years old and was just abandoned in February of this year. It is hard to imagine the emotions this sweet little girl must be feeling. We are happy that we have this chance to give her new life. As I write this she is in the hospital awaiting her heart surgery.
Surgery
Coralie, Owen, Maria, Chandler and Annie are well on the road to recovery. They have all had successful surgery.
Adopted
We are excited to let you know Leah, Abigail and Aaron have joined their forever families. Spring has come into their lives and they are blossoming in their new families.
Foster Families
Our foster family network in Beijing continues to grow and expand. We are so thankful for the special families that have come forward to open up their hearts and homes to the children. This growth has allowed us to bring in more children who are desperately in need of surgery.
Physical Therapy
Our PT programs in Beijing and Hohhot, Inner Mongolia continue to do well. Seeing the difference this has made in the lives of the children we are beginning a new PT program in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi.

We would like to thank all our friends who make it possible to bring new life to the children. We have been hearing from many of the orphanages that they like to send their critical children to New Day, because at New Day they make it. This is a testimony to each one of you- your generosity and prayers are truly bringing new life.
