Last year (2011) was a record year for New Day Foster home. We had 31 children join their forever families.

2012 is off to a good start with five children already adopted. Celebrate with us as Mary, Serena, Timothy, Samuel and Angela now have a family to call their very own.

With children leaving it means more beds
become available. Check out the three new children that arrived today. And meet one little boy who arrived earlier this year and has already had miracles happen in his life.

The phone rang on a cold day in January. A two month old boy with a serious heart condition needed help and NO ONE was willing to try. Would we be willing? Would we take the risk?

A couple of other amazing stories we would like to tell you about are Wendy and Lily.

It only took one look to realize that Wendy was a much more serious case than we expected. Abandoned on her fourth birthday, just two months before she arrived at NDFH, she had many emotional scars in addition to a serious heart condition.

Lily’s orphanage was desperate. With a heart condition, so complex that no hospitals in her city could treat it, they contacted us asking if we could do something – anything.

Chinese New Year is over and we are beginning to recover from all the celebrating.
